AI Infrastructure Deployment
Translate workload requirements into a practical infrastructure and deployment plan. AI data-centre projects cross software, accelerators, networking, power, cooling, integration and operational handover; each discipline needs clear ownership.
From workload to infrastructure specification
Establish model and workload requirements, projected concurrency, GPU/memory needs, storage/networking, security boundaries, reliability targets and operating environment. Understand whether a new facility, colocation, cloud integration or an existing site is involved.
Deployment planning and implementation
A scoped project may coordinate architecture, procurement workstreams, systems integration, deployment sequencing, acceptance tests and operational documentation. Specialist electrical, mechanical, construction and regulatory work must be executed by appropriately qualified providers.
Capacity planning and orchestration
Infrastructure design should connect with allocation, scheduling, telemetry, upgrade paths and who will operate the environment. Model-serving throughput and GPU capacity estimates are different measurements and should not be conflated.
A clear acceptance and handover plan
Agree implementation roles, acceptance tests, access controls, monitoring, documentation and ongoing support before deployment. Confirm supply responsibilities, partner participation and delivery schedules in the project agreements.
Discuss infrastructure requirements
Outline your workload, target environment and implementation dependencies. We can scope technical responsibilities and relevant specialist partners.
